No Refund Policy

All payments made for consultations, including Voice Consultation and Video Consultation, are final and non-refundable. Once the consultation fee is paid, no refunds, cancellations, or transfers will be provided under any circumstances.

Reason for No Refund

Astrology consultations involve:

• Time reservation and scheduling

• Advance analysis of birth charts

• Use of knowledge, experience, and effort

Once a booking is confirmed, the astrologer’s time and preparation are exclusively allocated to you. Therefore, refunds are not possible after payment.

Missed or Delayed Appointments

• If you miss the scheduled consultation due to personal reasons, no refund will be issued.

• If there is a delay from the client’s side in sharing correct birth details, the responsibility lies with the client.

• In case of unavoidable delays from our side, the consultation will be rescheduled, not refunded.

Agreement to Policy

By booking a consultation on Amsa Astrology and completing the payment, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy in full.
